THE WIZARD OF OZ - OCTOBER 2026

OCTOBER 2026 PRODUCTION ANNOUNCEMENT

We’re off to see the Wizard!

Engadine Musical Society is delighted to announce our October 2026 production — The Wizard of Oz!

Our next stop in celebrating our 50 years of song, story and community follows the yellow brick road. Join us as Dorothy and Toto journey from Kansas, over the rainbow to the magical land of Oz. Along the way we meet all the characters we know and love – Scarecrow, Tinman, The Cowardly Lion and of course, Glinda, and The Wicked Witch of the West.

Almost 80 years old, L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale continues to entertain audiences worldwide.

We can’t wait to bring the story of “no place like home” to our home of Engadine in October 2026.

Audition information will be announced here in 2026.

Tickets will go on sale in 2026.

In the spirit of reconciliation Engadine Musical Society acknowledges the Dharawal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we perform and gather. We recongise the Dharawal people’s continuing connection to the land, the sea and the community. We pay our respect to the Elders both past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. We acknowledge the First Peoples of Australia as the first storytellers. May their stories and songlines continue to flow through this country.
